I purchased a focaccia-type thing at the store today - two pieces of bread with fresh mozarella and tomatoes and pesto in between. There are cooking directions to make it a grilled sandwich, but I don't have a foreman grill or skillet pan or anything like that. How would you suggest I go about this?
